I offer 50-minute sessions focused on practical, real-life change. My approach is supportive, direct, and grounded in helping you develop boundaries, regulate stress, and reduce the mental load you’re carrying. We focus on tools and strategies you can immediately begin using in your day-to-day life.
What to expect
Individual therapy sessions are $160 self-pay. I offer private pay services and can provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. I can also accept limited insurance providers through Headway.
